Advantages
- The pool and choices of candidates is larger- using the external recruitment the chances of choosing potential the candidates is very high because of the usage of many advertisement medium include the internet.
- New perspective and energy to be bring onside the organization
- Cheaper and easier way to hire technical skilled or managerial employees from outside
Disadvantages
- Harder to evaluate and potential candidates from outside
- Longer time for adjustment and orientation
- Maybe need specific training to new employees which increase the training cost.
